It's rare to find someone as professional and as kind when you are in real need. Most times I needed a locksmith in this city it wasn't a service to remember. Finally I can say that I found the guy that delivers. Shalom was very responsive from the moment he answered the phone. He asked all the right questions and had all the answers right away. His price estimate was cheaper than others that I called. He showed up when he said he would and presented a license and went straight to work. He explained me my options upfront and how much it would cost and worked very clean and fast. There were no hidden costs or surprises and he explained everything he was doing. For the first time I ever remember, I actually tipped a locksmith! That's how satisfied I was. Needless to say, I highly recommend him.
